📌 FAQs
Nine questions our clients asked before they enrolled in How To Charge More.
🗓️ When does the program start?
The four-week program officially starts on May 4 and runs until June 5. Live sessions will be held twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays at 9am PST/12pm EST/6pm CET* (view in your time zone). Each live session will include 60-90 minutes of instruction, followed by Q&A.
⏰ How much time will the program take?
Expect to attend two live sessions per week, each running for approx. 90 minutes. Additionally there will be important assignments between sessions, but they won't take more than 1-2 hours a week. So, expect 5 hours a week for 4 weeks. If you can make time for Netflix, you can make time for this.
🎬 Do I have to attend the live sessions?
Not at all. Two-thirds of my past cohort students watch at least one session as a replay. Whether you live in a different time zone or just have a scheduling conflict, you’ll be able to access all of the live session replays in our course portal soon after they are live.
🎁 How long will I have access to the course?
Clients have access to live sessions, lesson replays, program materials, and community for 12 months. We do this because we want you to get results. If you don’t plan on implementing what we teach, don’t sign up.
💳 Do you offer payment plans?
I truly believe I could charge 2-10x the current price of the course. But at the same time, I understand not everyone in my audience is in a position to comfortably invest the full amount all at once. And I hate it when someone isn’t able to join due to financial reasons. So if that’s your case, I’ve got some options to help you cashflow your enrollment:
- You can pay for your enrollment in 6 monthly installments.
- If you’re a PayPal user, you can use Pay Later to split your payment in up to 24 installments.
- Or you can use Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay to finance your enrollment.
🛒 Do you have a refund policy?
I stand by what is represented on this page. Last cohort we had ZERO refunds. With that being said, we have a 7-day refund policy. If you join us for the first two lessons and realize it isn’t for you, drop us an email and we'll happily refund your full payment within 7 days of the first lesson.
🤝 Will I have private sessions with Rich?
No. Working 1:1 with Rich starts at $64,000 for 6 months. But if you join the Executive Package, Rich is offering a limited amount of half-day 1:1 sessions to HTCM clients. Either way, the good news is you’ll have plenty of chances to ask Rich questions directly during Q&A and during Async Office Hours. He’s also active in the course community during the cohort.
🧾 Is this a business expense?
It might be! Always consult with your accountant, bookkeeper, or tax professional, but many business owners and solopreneurs have been able to write off online education, such as How To Charge More, as business education or training expenses. We are happy to assist you and provide documentation with this process.
